What happens after I pay?
You'll receive a download link and your account credentials at your registered email address within minutes. Install Drafto on your Windows PC, sign in, and start your first matter.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account page at drafto.quindoph.com/account. For downgrades or cancellations, write to drafto@quindoph.com and we'll process your request within 3-4 business days.
Does Drafto handle complex SLP structures?
Yes. Drafto contemplates the full range of SLP complexities — two or more impugned orders, impugned orders passed in a batch of writ petitions each with a separate memo of parties, multiple petitioners and respondents, companion IAs, and more. The information-gathering interface is designed to accommodate these situations without workarounds.
Does Drafto work offline?
Yes and No. Drafto is a Windows desktop application — you can work on your matter, edit details, and attach annexures without internet. An internet connection is required at initial sign-in, and Drafto also contacts our servers when generating the PDF paperbook (to log usage) and runs a background account check every 5 minutes. These checks fail gracefully if you're offline, so occasional connectivity is sufficient for most workflows.
Will Drafto automatically draft my SLP for me?
Drafto is primarily a compilation and case automation tool, but it now features MayurAI (Beta) — an AI-powered chatbot. MayurAI runs directly inside the app using your existing Claude subscription through Claude's CLI to help you write and analyze drafts. However, you retain full control over the inputs and output; Drafto never automatically drafts or files anything without your review.
Does the Drafto-generated paperbook need any changes before e-filing?
No. With the newly integrated signing facility, you can sign the document directly within Drafto. The generated PDF — including cover page, case index, list of dates, annexures, pagination, and signatures — is 100% complete and ready to upload straight to the Supreme Court e-filing portal.
Does Drafto access or store my case files?
No. Drafto is a desktop application. Your case details, annexures, and generated PDFs remain strictly on your local machine. However, if you use MayurAI, any data you send to Mayur will be sent directly to Claude (Anthropic) for processing, exactly like uploading a document in Claude in the usual course. Quindoph itself never has access to, stores, or receives any of this data or your API inputs.
